Duncan McFarlane

Duncan McFarlane Assistant Coach and Video ProducerDuncan has been involved with swimming for over 30 years as both a swimmer and a coach.

 

 

Qualified to ASA Coach Level 3, Duncan has coached a number of county champions and district finalists. Duncan also coached many swimmers at skill development level who have then gone on to become National Level swimmers. Duncan was Head Coach at Matlock Swimming Club for 5 years, and now continues to work with the club's junior swimmers.

 

Duncan now swims as a Masters Swimmer and runs his own video production and website design business, designing sites including this one!

DS Swim Head Coach Dave Sankey is excited to have been appointed Head Coach of Nottingham Leander SC.

 

Leander is Nottinghamshire's largest and most successful swimming club, and Dave is excited to have the opportunity to lead the club to the next level.

 

Dave will start in the role in September 2017, and has left his role at Bramcote SC with immediate effect to allow himself time to fully prepare to take on the opportunity at Leander.
